I am so pleased with Victor and Atlanta Plumbing. I have used them for large jobs ranging from full replacement of sewer line from house to main line in road to replacement of hot water heater in my home. Small jobs such as replacement of outdoor hose bib after freeze are handled with equal care and attention. I recommend him to all who are seeking quality service at a fair price.

Always my goto for plumbing!!! Prompt and professional!!

This company is the most amazing plumbing company I have ever worked with. After having two pipes leaking in my three story townhome, this company arrived on time the next day and fixed all of my major pipe leaks in three hours. The plumbers that came to my house (Guillermo and Rene) were so professional and reasonable compared to what I was quoted by “the pink plumber” who again came and could not repair any of my leaks. I cannot recommend this company enough if you have any plumbing needs. You will not meet nicer, more professional, and more skilled plumbers in the Atlanta area. Victor and his team of plumbers are just the best!!!!
Carmen P.
Rene was amazing

The gentleman who was here yesterday was at our home on time and was very professional and helpful in explaining the process. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Roayan was courteous and competent. I have no qualms about
recommending him...and will schedule him for another issue
as soon as I get the parts. A friend recommended the company
and they were not wrong. Quite pleased.

I had a slab leak that a leak detection company marked in the wrong spot, thus setting these guys up for an uphill battle. Not to mention, the leak in the slab ended up being in the actual worst and most inaccessible spot ever. What should have been a relatively easy job over a couple of hours turned into a 13 hour day of the most committed and dedicated work I’ve ever seen. These guys were committed to finding and fixing this leak so that my demo and restoration could begin sooner rather than later. They took great care to minimize excavation impact and when they left, not only did the concrete look like nothing had ever been jackhammered open, they also cleaned the entire mess. Despite my plea for them not to worry about the mess they made sure to sweep and wipe up all evidence of a leak of exaction effort. I’ve used this company before and I will never use anyone else. If you want quality work that will be done right the first time, without breaking the bank then look no further.
Maureen W.
Outstanding service. Had access to high rise unit un-accompanied. Trust worthy. Left work area very clean. Includes one year parts and service guarantee. Very happy. Thank you.

We came home to water leaking between the meter and the house. We called Atlanta Plumbing Solutions, and they had a team on site within the hour. They did outstanding work at identifying the leak, clearing the area of debris, and getting us back up and running. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and work they did. We will be keeping them on speed dial should we need their services again.

Atlanta Plumbing Solutions goes the extra mile and stands by their work!
I contacted Atlanta Plumbing Solutions to determine the reason my water heater installed 4 months ago was no longer heating to full temperature. The operations manager answered promptly and placed a message with Victor who called me back immediately then dispatched a technician, Ryan. Ryan did some troubleshooting and replaced the boards; unfortunately it did not do the trick and there was concern that my electrical panel could be the source of the problem. Victor was in process of contacting an electrician when between the building engineer who had reset the electricity to my unit had determined the that water heater had a pinched wire, caused during the water heater's manufacturing process, which resulted in the water heater short. Once that wire was replaced, everything worked perfectly.
Just a reiteration of how Atlanta Plumbing spent the time to understand and address the root cause of the issue- you can count on them to do what it takes to solve the problem!

If you are looking for a plumber who cares about their customers, look no further. My water heater went out on Monday and Victor was able to get a new one for me by Tuesday. Guillermo installed my water heater after 5pm and stayed until he was satisfied with the job. He replaced a pipe that was causing a huge increase in my water pressure which could have caused a lot of damage later on if not repaired. He also solved an issue I was experiencing with my toilet. He also educated me about reading the psi on my water heater and what it should be at all times. Thank you, Victor and Guillermo!!!
Demetrius D.
Ryan exactly what was wrong and performed a fast repair. Very professional, fast and friendly.

Roayan at Atlanta Plumbing Services came yesterday to fix a small leak and left fixing a bathtub spout that hadn't worked in 11 years! He is extremely knowledgeable, fair and generally, just a very nice guy! We are so relieved and excited to have finally found an excellent, likeable and affordable plumber.

Who would ever have thought that something so positive could come out of having to replace my main service water line?!! After receiving a water bill saying my water usage was 109% over usual, I lucked into calling Victor Lopez from Atlanta Plumbing Solutions at the suggestion of my neighbor who had gone through the same thing. Victor and Rene came out the very next day to assess the problem and provide an estimate. I had also called my usual plumbing company. Atlanta Plumbing’s assessment of how the work would be done and the estimate were inbeatable. The pipe was replaced yesterday and the crew (fabulous!!) really went above and beyond to ensure my yard was put back as close as normal, not an easy feat considering the length of the pipe run. They also improved the accessibility of my water and irrigation turnoffs. Simply put, I have found myself a new plumbing company - it doesn’t get any better than Atlanta Plumbing Solutions!!
Mike G.
Technician was very nice and professional! And I appreciated the paperless transaction.
Sheila S.
Very professional! Knowledgeable, good work! S G Stovall

One of the most vulnerable positions you can be in as a homeowner is when something breaks and you require a timely repair. In our case, we had a break in our main water line beneath our paved alleyway. When asking around for a good plumber, Victor and his team came highly recommended, and now I know why. Guillermo and Victor arrived, and instantly, we were put at ease knowing we were dealing with first-class professionals; they are honest, knowledgeable, and gracious. I can not say enough great things about this team and wouldn’t consider calling anyone else should the need arise in the future. Guillermo and Victor – Thank you for a job well done; you are best-in-class.
Geri C.
Always does a great job and quickly responded to my emergency pipe break! I highly recommend them!
Ian L.
Pleasant experience.
Jace R.
I heard a loud rushing of water sound outside the front of my house. I called Victor and he was able to get a crew to my house the next morning (Saturday). They quickly identified that a tree root had cracked the pipe going into our house from the street. They got to work drilling into our wall, removing the cracked pipe, installing a new one, and soldering it to the remaining pipe. Really appreciate the urgency and solution!
Herold H.
What a great experience through the entire process. Thank you so much.
Sanquishia B.
Thank you so much for showing up and being excellent in your field. I have no complaints at all
Channing B.
Leaking main lines to water heater replaced in condo.

Linda T.
Super quick response ... Same morning. Professional. Very pleased with response and work.
Tim R.
Adrian showed up at house on time, was very professional and courteous. He jumped right into diagnosing the problem, admitted it was a tricky one. After a while, he suggested the only way we'd get to identifying the root of the problem would be to cut a small hole in the kitchen ceiling. He was very careful and considerate of our hardwood floors, placed a tarp down to cushion the ladder legs, and catch drywall debris. After identifying the leak, he luckily had what he needed on the truck and took care of business. Before leaving he repeated several times that we should not have any problems with the leaky drain but if we did, he would be back to take care of it. Highly recommend the company and Adrian.... TMR

I’m a repeat customer in a Midtown high-rise, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. The technician is always professional, punctual, and arrives within the promised one-hour appointment window. While the pricing may be slightly higher than some competitors, the quality of work and reliability absolutely make it worthwhile.
Lyndsey W.
Victor was so helpful and his team was efficient and precise! Their team took extra care to protect our property during the repairs and were extremely helpful and responsive for any questions.
Kendall S.
On time and done right!
Jenny S.
Was very pleased today with the great job Rene and Moises did repairing my slab leak under the shower. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, explained everything, and were careful to keep everything clean. I can say the same good things about Adrian as well, who made the initial call and diagnosis.
Rene and Moises worked hard to avoid breaking up tile by keeping the hole in the cement a small diameter and away from where the tiles were. I don't know how they managed to work in that small hole! I appreciated that extra effort to save me money on replacing tile.
Their manager, Victor, was a pleasure to work with. He stayed in close touch with me, gave me knowledgeable advice, and recommended a leak detector service I was very with. I will definitely be recommending Atlanta Plumbing Solutions when I can.
Lee B.

I'm the HOA president for our townhome complex. We discovered an outside water leak on Thursday. Victor and his team came out Friday 9 am, and worked until 10:30 pm to repair the water leak. The water leak was 7-8 feet below ground , and underneath the front brick porch of the townhouse. They were able to dig down and underneath the brick porch, replace about 6 feet of old pipe as well as replacing the valve, installed a new main line into the basement of the home as well as a new main stuff valve both outside and inside the home. When they left, they left everything in good order you could not tell they had been there. They did a 10/10 job! Customer service is unparalleled!
Alex J.
Victor was able to identify the leak with minimal cuts in the drywall. His communication was also clear and to the point. I highly recommend Victor. Wish I had contact him earlier.
Robert C.
Atlanta Plumbing Solutions completely replaced all the water pipes in my 40 year old house due to leaks in the old copper pipes, put in a new water heater, and put in a sewer pop-up valve while clearing a blockage in the main sewer line and replacing a portion of the line. They always leave the area clean, they charge fair prices, and do great quality work.

Victor was great at communicating his arrival, necessary repairs and time needed for completion. He was expert at diagnosis and replacement of a plugged valve. Plus Victor is a really good guy. He's worked for us before and we'd hire him again and recommend him to anyone. Top notch!
Sylvia C.
Victor and his crew worked at our condo community on two sizable repairs in the past two weeks. They had the needed equipment and expertise to replace a main water line one week; then replace a sewer line the next week. Victor kept me informed about what needed to be done, so I could let the HOA Board know what to expect. The crew worked diligently for hours, in order to not inconvenience the residents longer than necessary.
We will want our management company to contact Atlanta Plumbing Solutions when the next Plumbing issue occurs.
Patti E.
